I bought tofu last week because I wanted to try this recipe from Yummy Magazine. However, I forgot to list down all the other ingredients, and me not having chili bean sauce, the tofu was just resting in the fridge. It's expiration date was nearing, so I decided to fry some of it for my lunch today. I also reheated some of the veggie/pork dish brother cooked, just to balance off the meal.
