I was taking pictures of these purplish flowers in the neighbors' garden, when my cat Oreo went out and rubbed his body on my lower leg and feet. He was always like that when I go out of the house, he wanted to be a part of what I am doing, so after taking pictures, I just played with him the street. I was testing him if he would walk with me, and he did! Well, I didn't want us to go that far, and I was thankful that one of the houses' front yard had this flower.
I don't know what it's called, certainly looked like an orchid, but it was planted in a pot of soil, so I guess it's not. I took this from the top, just so everything could be seen. :)

Beautiful capture; the flower looks more like a lily, but the leaves are orchid-like. Hard to tell from the picture.
Have a great weekend!
Great shot! It's a real beauty. Happy Saturday.
Awesome photo ;o)
Love the color of the flower

I have a dog named Oreo, and like your cat he always likes to play and investigate what I am doing especially when taking pictures. Your macro is very nice.
The flower is lovely! I like the way the petals are in focus, and the stamens fading away!
When I had outdoor cats, they used to come along when I walked the dog and the kids in the evening. I could have a whole parade - one dog, 2 kids, and three cats...
Lovely macro - sorry but I don't know what the flower is
Great capture jenn, ganda ng pagkakuha mo
